Current participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) is required.

• Must be insured with the NFIP at the time of the application opening period with a policy in effect.
• Must maintain flood insurance to the structure in perpetuity.

Warren County will prioritize primary residences classified as a repetitive loss (RL) or severe repetitive loss (SRL) structure.
